Can someone please explain to me the difference in booking our excursions though our cruise line Carnival or booking our excursions though the company directly. We are intested in going cave tubing. There is an option to book that through carnival or to go to www.cave-tubing.com and booking it. Is it safe to go though a company itself?
I rarely book through the cruise line because you are herded like cattle.
There can be safety concerns even on cruise-line affiliated excursions. Last year, a Carnival excursion in MB Jamaica was robbed.
To ensure that you make it back to the ship on time, book early in the day.
And, check out the "ports of call" board on Cruise Critic. Someone has taken the excursion you are considering and will be more than happy to tell you about it.
I have a friend going to Swaziland in Africa in a month or so and she was wondering about hotels and other accommodations there. Basic searches on the Internet are hard to examine since you don’t know who’s doing them. Anyone actually been there and have a link to a real hotel, instead of some service like Orbitz?

Hotels and motels are ment for the tourist and business men not for prositution as motels through out queensland places like sunnybank and mt gravat as strife with japanese other asia and anglo saxon prostitutes working illegally in queensland .Do you think every motel can be audited to follow precedure and fined if illegal protitution is commencing on there property.Brisbane city isfull of asia prostitute another haven that threatens tourism in queensland. Fines big enough to close a motel will stop this from happening .What are your thoughts
i think they should take down the hotel sign and put up a bordello sign.the hookers arent going to dissappear, they’ll just go to someone elses neighborhood.its the oldest profession on earth, its here to stay.legalize it,regulate it,tax the hell out of it,and live with it.
I recently opened a medical transportation company and I need to know how to get contracts with medical facilities. What do I say? Who do I talk to? Who writes up the contract? If anyone has any idea, knowledge about this can you please help???
Thanks
I think you should have sorted out this answer before the establishment of your company, as if you have decided this it means you have your contacts and contracts , otherwise just start knocking at doors.
I am looking to rent a cabin in Big Bear ,Ca and I am wondering what it means when the lodge lists the room as having an efficiency kitchen as opposed to a full kitchen. What exactly is the difference?
An efficiency kitchen usually refers to a mini-kitchen. Where a full kitchen usually includes a microwave, refrigerator and some other appliances, an efficiency kitchen typically only includes a cook-top, oven and a sink.
Hope this helps!
whats that song that was played at the end of that last episode of house M.D.
it’s the song from napoleon dynamite also.
i think it’s by the white stripes and called "we’re going to be friends"
England have been abysmal at limited overs cricket for years. The last time they had a good team was in 1992, when they reached the World Cup Final.
They play more limited overs cricket, domestically, than any other country. Yet they constantly seem to be playing catch up.
What can they do to improve?
2 major steps i would take
* Play only 50 over cricket and 20 over cricket at domestic level (of course 4 day too, but no more 40 over or 45 over cricket)
* Stop playing "One Day specialists"
I have never seen the point of 40 or 45 over cricket. The only plus side is that the format fits neatly into a nice time period so the spectators can enjoy the game. As for the development of cricketers though! this type of cricket does nothing. No other country plays 40 over cricket, but for some strange reason in england we havent had a 50 over league in a long time. 40 over cricket is a completly different game compared to 50 overs. It doesn’t help anyone.
If your good enough to play Test cricket then your good enough to play ODI or T20 cricket. Luke Wright doesnt even come close to getting in the Test side but yet he’s a regular in Limited overs side! Panesar is a great Test bowler but yet he is no way near the limited overs side!! It doesn’t make sense. Quality will shine through in the end, so get rid of Wright and Patel and get Bopara and Panesar in.
i have watched hostel and the unrated edition and saw no difference can anybody tel me if they saw anything diiferent and what it was.
ps i dont really know why im asking im just curious
From Dread Central:
"And hey! Look! On the box! It says Unrated Widescreen Cut right across the top! Is this version of the film sicker and more twisted than the theatrical cut as promised? Well, yes and no. Let’s cover the no side of things first, shall we? Honestly, the average person probably wouldn’t be able to detect the differences between this and the version we saw in theatres. There are no extra scenes, and there’s certainly nothing that we didn’t see already. There are just longer looks at what was originally there. That being said, we as horror fans are not the average person. We want the gore, slime, and pus. We want every bit of it that was filmed, and we want good fucking looks at it as well. This is where the unrated version of Hostel delivers. The gore level is indeed high up on the splatter scale, but to be honest, I still wanted more. What can I say, I’m jaded. While the added stuff may only end up being a few seconds worth of splatter here and there, it’s still good to see; and this unrated cut is definitely the only way Hostel should be viewed by fans."
