You basically can get some peanuts or crackers and a small beverage.

You can ask them, however, for the full can and a glass of ice when they come around with the drink cart.

If you are having a long flight with them and expect to get hungry, make sure and take some of your own snacks on the flight.

Usually not. Of course it depends on the restaurant. If their banquet room is too small they would close the main dining area for a private party. One note is that most hotels with a convention hall / meeting area could easily handle that sized crowd and give you a deal on a one or two entre meal for them all.

Due to the economy in the US, we, along with hundreds of thousands of Americans are leaving the country, or have already left. The dollar goes so much further in many foreign countries. My main concern is how are the medical facilities. A lot of American doctors practice in the Phillippines, but wanted to know about hospitals/doctors in Tagatay. Thank you.

The best medical facility in Tagaytay is the newly-opened (just this year) Tagaytay City Medical Center.

I maintain a house in Tagaytay and I made sure to check on the facilities, just for my peace of mind. My verdict: the hospital is well equipped to handle both emergency cases as well as common illnesses needing medical attention. The hospital itself looks impressive and modern. If at all, the only downsides are : the present lack of hospital staff (but they were hiring, I went there when they were newly opened), and the seeming lack of doctors who hold clinics there, not like in the more established hospitals in Metro Manila like St. Luke’s, Asian Hospital, and Makati Medical Center. But this is ok with me because these check-ups can be better managed, and can even be timed with visits to Metro Manila. In any case, I am comfortable that should a life-threatening emergency happen while I am in Tagaytay, I am confident that the facilities in said hospital will be adequate to keep me alive, should He still wish for me to stay on earth.

There are in fact other options. Good, established hospitals are found around Tagaytay :

1. The hospital at De La Salle in Dasmarinas Cavite
2. The Adventist University Hospital in Sta Rosa
3. The South Luzon Medical Center in the Paseo de Sta Rosa area

I own a house in Michigan but I’m currently living in Florida. I had the house winterized (water shut off, pipes drained, etc.) and I am not heating the house. Someone told me that if a house is not heated in cold temperatures that black mold will start to grow. This sounds crazy to me, does anyone know if this is true? Thanks for your help!
The house that I am referring to is the one in Michigan not in Florida where there is very little humidity this time of year, just freezing temps.

Mold needs a continual moisture problem to start and grow. If you haven’t had any issues of moisture inside your house, don’t worry. Costs for arimail are not bad, it usually only takes 3-4 day.

You could try setting up a P.O Box but a lot of companies won’t deliver to them. Your best bet is to ask the person you’re buying the game from to deliver via Airmail or International Signed For.
