  • How come England is the only country in the UK that consistently has good players?

Posted by admin on June 29th, 2011 and filed under england | 5 Comments »

Why do the likes of scotland, wales and northern ireland not produce as much good players as England, these countries are located close to eachother (even ireland is an example) but why is it only england that produces the MANY world class players. Im not saying the other countries dont have good players but they dont produce many.
We do have world class players, its just the fact that there always on the booze and most of them dont give a shit about international football.

when did england last win anything? I can count about 2 world class players in the international first 11 at most

Can a special education student refuse testing accommodations listed on their IEP?

If they are in high school and under 18. This is the state exam.

A minor cannot refuse, but his parents can. My question is why would you want to refuse them? They will help you get a higher score.

How much cherokee heritage do you need to be accepted into a reservation to learn about their ways?

Posted by admin on June 24th, 2011 and filed under reservation | 2 Comments »

My friend had a great-grandmother who was full blooded cherokee, and he wants to learn about the cherokee ways. Would a reservation be willing to teach him and accept him if he had proof of her heritage?

if he has proof, then he should enroll first. most natives won’t teach just anyone about their heritage.

When booking a vacation, what does csfs stand for in room description?

Posted by admin on June 17th, 2011 and filed under booking | 1 Comment »

I’m booking a vacation and the room description is:

    Jacuzzi Ste Csfs All Inclusive

What does the Csfs stand for? There is a second option that does not have the csfs that costs more.

    Never heard of that abbreviation.
Perhaps you should call or e-mail the hotel itself. They can certainly tell you what that stands for.You could get the answer in a minute or two.

How do I manage my booking on Qantas if I booked my flight through their partner, American Airlines?

Posted by admin on June 14th, 2011 and filed under booking | 2 Comments »

I booked a fly to Australia with American Airlines, which has a codeshare with Qantas. To get/change my seat assignment on the Qantas flights I have to log in with a booking number to their website (I cannot do it on the American Airlines page). I received a reservation code from American, but it does not work on the Qantas website.

If you paid to AA, you should be able to do everything directly on their website, unless they sent you clear instructions by email.

Which motels in Vaughan offer shuttles to Canadas Wonderland?

Posted by admin on June 12th, 2011 and filed under motels | 1 Comment »

I am planning on bringing my children to Canada Wonderland and I may take advantage of our seat sales through PORTER and fly there to save on time and costs with our rising gas prices. Are there any motels in Vaughan that would offer shuttles services to Wonderland?

I don’t know any hotels in Vaughan that offer a shuttle service from the hotels to Wonderland, but this link will help you: http://www.canadaswonderland.com/visit/visit_accomodations.cfm

The nearest hotel close to Wonderland – is the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre. Their website can be founded here:

    I hope this helps.

Interested in a house listed as a short sale? What are some tips?

Posted by admin on June 8th, 2011 and filed under house | 4 Comments »

The house is on sale for $139,999. I am planning to offer $120,000. This house has been on the market for about a month. I have an appointment this Sunday to actually go inside the house and look around. So far, I like the house. The seller claims to have fixed mostly everything inside and outside the house, and it looks like the claims seem to be true from the pictures. What are some useful, good tips? Should I reconsider this? What are some advantages and disadvantages? Please help. Thanks!

I agree — depending on the exact details — you are probably being unrealistic.

Homes are usually priced with 10% wiggle room: $126,000 in your case, although short sales can be notoriously difficult.

    The three "typical" cases are

    (a) buyers with cash, experience, and connections pay less.

    (b) buyers in desirable neighborhoods & areas of town get into bidding wars and pay more.

    (c) buyers of homes in good condition are usually forced to pay the list by investors who will buy the home to rent them. The price of the home you are asking about is in prime rent country (rent between $900 and $1500 a month).

My "tip" is to double down on the research. Look at everything similar that has sold within at least a couple of miles of this house. If $120,000 represents a fair average of homes in similar condition, go for it. If not, expect offers farther away from $130,000 to be shot down cold.
