I am planning to travel to London in May and stay for 5 nights. What is a good hostel that has a good location in London? I really don’t know what there is to do and see in London, so I just want a nice hostel that is really cheap and located conveniently to public transportation and LHR.
Palmers Lodge

Great hostel, with a very good cleanliness. Great value for the money. Though I would recommend this hostel for those who are only there for doing the tourist stuff. Great security and quite quick to get to.
St. Christopher’s Inn – Southbank

The hostel was in a good location, a very short walk from the tube. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and full of suggestions. All in all it made it a nice place to be, even though we were only there for the one night.

I just need to know how long can you stay in a hostel? Specifically, one in Chicago, New York, or LA.
Will people think you’re weird if you stay, let’s say, 2 months?
Depends on the hostel and the rules.
I know of a YWCA hostel in a Scottish University town that some people stayed until they found a flat.
My husband and I are looking for a hostel to stay in in New York until we get settled. We’re on a tight, tight budget so need privacy but also a thrifty option.
Thanks so much!
I’d try Hostelworld. They have a great, easy-to-search
website.
Instead of allowing the 30-year-old plane to be sold for scrap or be sent to rust in the desert, Oscar Dios has filled the Boeing 747-200 with 72 beds and opened it for business just outside Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport.
According to local reports, the plane was once owned by a Swedish company called Transjet, who used it to fly muslim pilgrims to Mecca, as well as doing charter flights around the world until it was grounded for “organisational problems” in 2002.
Its newly-fitted 25 rooms may only be 20 feet squared with nine-foot ceilings and have three bunks to a room, but they all have shared bathrooms and showers, heating and air conditioning, WiFi and – in a nod to the client base likely to be made up almost entirely of airport stopovers – flatscreen televisions that double as departure/arrival monitors. Dorms are divided up into male and female units, and there are larger rooms for families sharing.
For those hoping for a little more privacy or space, the deluxe cockpit suite on the upper floor boasts its own bathroom and stunning views of the runway.
The budget hostel also has a cafe where guests can buy breakfast and basic meals as well as heat up their own food.
The hotel opened at the beginning of December and a bunk bed costs from £30

This is my first time to go to Sao Paulo. I learned from internet that that city is not so safe. So I like to find a youth hostel which is in safe place without too much hassle. Do you have any idea about this?
Youth hostels are not safe to begin with. Many people rob. If you can, just spring for a nice room for two nights, walk around, get to know people and places. THEN move to a cheaper place. It is always better to survey the town once on the ground. Many hostels will boast "clean, safe" and they ARE NOT. Many families have rooms they let, and usually cook and feed you too. Search for "cabinas" in Sao Paulo. or family rooms. That’s the best way to go.
Have Fun!
