My friend’s wife have taken his children to live on her Indian Reservation without his permission. They’re still married, no separations. He found out she been having an affair. Few days ago while he was gone her and the new boyfriend took the children. Does the police have jurisdiction on the Reservations. She can be charged with kidnapping right?!?
Umm she’s also using drugs and he just got back from Iraq.
Since they are married and there are no court orders indicating otherwise she has as much right to have the children with her as he does with him. So, no she can not be charged with kidnapping.
Time for him to see a lawyer and get some paperwork filed. If he waits to long she can claim the children are integrated in to the new household.

Me and my friends REALLY want to go on the SkyCoaster at Lake Compounce but it says reservation required on the website. How do you make a reservation? Or do you even have to?
The way it works is you go to the booth they have set up and pay for how-ever many people you wanna go on, and then after you pay they’ll tell you a time too come back and ride.
