And what’s wrong … And what’s wrong with reflecting 9/11, the towers with the people inside them and today’s war? the extreme horror movies today reflect them. Just like back in the late 60′s and 70′s films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Last House on The Left, Night of the Living Dead and more reflected Vietnam.
I think what Eli … I think what Eli did with not upping the gore factor all that much was brilliant.
Where you have films like the Saw franchise, I feel they need to up the gore level to keep a part of the audience coming back for the next installment.
I gotta with the … I gotta with the bearded guy, I mean, if people really wanna see gore and violence that bad, just click in on the internetz and lean back in the chair and enjoy the show. Or just watch the news once in a while and you’ll get a fair share of things that can keep anyone awake at night.
