This is the ending of the final Twin Peaks episode, the famous “Black Lodge”-scene. Twin Peaks is a great show, and this scene has a special meaning to me.
It’s very weird and confusing scene, the “David Lynch”-atmosphere burned to my brain for good, as I watched the episode for the first time (around 3am.)
So, enjoy …in 25 years.

Its extremely …
Its extremely difficult to explain Twin Peaks. Its better to watch for yourself to get into it.
The two seasons and the follow up movie “Fire walk with me” are now available on DVD in the “Twin Peaks Definitive Gold Edition Box”.
You should rent it and have a look for yourself.
First the two seasons and afterwards the movie , thats important as it is a prequel movie which was made after the end of the series and therefore contains lots of spoilers which would ruin the series for you.

Since you seemed to …
Since you seemed to like the show perhaps you can tell me what it was about. I only ever saw one episode here and there and nothing ever made any sense. I assume if i have caught it from the beginning i would have understood more but i never got the chance.

The actors recorded …
The actors recorded their voices while talking backwards. Then they played it ‘backwards’ on the show, so you could hear what they said, but it sounded very strange.
