I was just wondering this because I just reserved a DSi a few weeks ago and I don’t know by what time I have to pick it up before the reservation goes out.
For any reservations Gamestop will hold them for 2 days after the release date after that they will sell it but with a high price item like the DSi you should call them and depending by the manager it can be hold for a few days longer. References :

I believe it is 2 days. It depends on where you live though. In NJ its 2 days i think
